Grand Island, NE – Custom Pipe & Fabrication announces the retirement of Mike Borer, a seasoned industry veteran whose career spans over four decades. Mike’s journey in the industry began in 1979, and his expertise and dedication have made a lasting impact on both the industry and the local community.
Prior to joining Custom Pipe, Mike held pivotal roles at Grosch Irrigation and Mid America Pump & Supply, where he honed his skills and deepened his knowledge of the market. In 2009, Mike founded Borer Wholesale Pump Repair & Supply, which he successfully ran until its acquisition by Custom Pipe in 2021. Following the acquisition, Mike remained with CP&F as a Vice President, providing invaluable support as the company expanded into the Nebraska and Midwest markets.
